Draw a squiggly line and two curved lines for the ear, and a "V" and curved lines for the collar and shoulders, respectively.
Sketch hair with long and short curved lines, forming a barrette with polka dot circles and a pigtail emerging from it.
Erase guide lines from the hair.
Draw detailed eyes by adding curved lines for the lids and eyebrow, and an irregular curved shape connecting them.
Draw an oval for each eye, smaller oval inside, shade to form pupil, add nose and mouth, texture hair.
