Draw arm with long curved lines, shorter curved lines, and a "U" shape for hand on opposite side.
Draw some clothing on the small figure, with curved lines and a circle for the belly button.
Extend two parallel, "S" shaped lines from one side, forming a tail. Enclose the end of the tail by drawing a triangle around it.
Draw two curved lines for ears, detail inside, then draw two slanted triangles for horns.
Draw curved lines for mouth + teeth, tongue + brows, plus squiggles in corners.
