Draw lower lip, the jaw and the ear with curved lines, contour the inside with a curved line, draw mane with 2 curved lines.
Draw the horse's mane. Use a series of curved lines. The points and "U" shaped sections are locks of the mane.
Outline horse head and neck, draw curved lines for legs with gentle point of knee, connect lines at bottom.
