Draw two ovals connecting with an upside-down V, then draw a much smaller upside-down V, then connect with horizontal lines.
Draw uneven curves around the eye sockets to give them depth.
Sketch two dashes between the eye sockets. Use rounded teardrop shapes for the teeth underneath.
Draw bottom row of teeth, curves for outline, teardrop shapes with uneven bottoms for remaining teeth.
Repeat the previous step to draw the rest of the bottom teeth.
Draw a dome for the top of your cartoon realistic skull. Sketch lines on either side of the teeth.
Draw W-shaped line under teeth, add two dashed lines above it, connect to jaw, add short lines around head.
Sketch dashes around the teeth and nose for added detail.
Draw squiggly lines throughout the face to make the skull look cracked.
