Enclose costal cartilages on the opposite side. Then, extend a pair of curved lines from each to form the ribs.

Draw two wavy lines from bottom of sternum, doubling back with "U"-shaped lines.

Draw lines from lobes of costal cartilage to spine, connecting each rib.
