how to draw a Watermelon Slice

Begin by drawing a circle to outline the shape of the watermelon.

Create a "T" shape with curved lines from the top of the watermelon and erase guide lines to make the stem.

Draw two sets of downward wavy lines from the stem, one reaching the opposite side and the other meeting at a sharp point.

Add two stripes by extending lines from stem and bottom of melon and ending in sharp points.

Draw more stripes across the watermelon, filling the empty spaces.

Draw a "U" shape that overlaps a watermelon slice and connect the ends with a line.

Give the slice a three dimensional shape by drawing a curved line from one corner of the shape to the bottom of the shape.

Erase the guide lines from behind the watermelon slice.

Draw a curved line to separate the green rind from the pink fruit and add teardrop-shaped seeds in a circular pattern.
