1. Draw an egg shape, then add a curve on the bottom. Inside this oval, draw a smaller oval and two circles.

3. Below the U-shape, sketch another curve with a tiny curve inside it. Add a large curve on each side of the face, then draw a wide dome on top.

You'll need a lot of curves and S-shapes to draw your octopus's tentacles. Most octopus have eight tentacles, but in this drawing, only five are visible. This guide also removes the suction cups to make the limbs easier to draw.
In the background, you'll see teal triangles with no outlines. This represents the seaweed waving in the distance. The lack of outlines makes the seaweed appear far away instead of up close.
