Drawing Step 3

3. Draw two seats in the boat’s cockpit, erasing as necessary. Use long curved lines for the seat backs, and give the cushions three-dimensional details with shorter lines.
Drawing Step 4

4. Use long curved lines to enclose a windshield around the front of the cockpit, and to enclose the back of the cockpit.
Drawing Step 5

5. Draw a “Y” shaped railing on the front of the boat. Use a series of long, parallel lines.
Drawing Step 6

6. Draw pairs of lines between the railing and the front of the boat. Then, enclose a rounded rectangle shape near the back of the boat. This will become the boat’s engine.
Drawing Step 7

7. Enclose a second rounded, rectangular engine beside the first. Detail each engine with intersecting curved lines in the shape of an “f.” This gives them a three-dimensional appearance.
