1. Begin the Goob from Dandy's World outline by drawing the creature's eyes. Start by drawing two circles. Draw a curved line across each eye, and shade the smaller round shapes.

2. Use curved lines to enclose partial circles under the eyes. These are the blushing cheeks. Draw three dots on each cheek. Below the eyes, use a curved line to draw the smiling mouth, and place a smaller curved line at each corner.
