1. Begin the tiara outline by drawing long curved lines. These form the base of the tiara. Make a spiral shape on the end of the bottom lines. Allow the other line to meet them.

2. Finish the base of the tiara with a long curved line. Then draw spiral lines above - but not touching - the previous spiral lines. Draw another curved line around it, meeting the end at a sharp point.

3. Use long lines to enclose a partial heart shape. Extend curved lines upward from the opening, but don't let them touch.

Then extend curved lines from the previous spiral, curl it into a spiral shape, and use another line parallel to it and meet it at a sharp point.

4. Use curved lines to make an incomplete heart shape above the spirals. Then use pairs of curved lines to make a spiral shape on each side of the heart, connecting to it and enclosing its openings.

5. Draw a smaller heart shape inside the first one. Then, use a series of curved lines to create an open crescent shape and spiral lines.
