1. Begin the Kuromi from Sanrio outline by drawing the eyes. First, draw two curved lines. Enclose a partial oval beneath each line, and shade them.

Then, extend shorter lines from the side of the eye below the first. Draw a small oval in between the eyes to indicate the nose.

2. Use two curved lines to create the open mouth. Then, encase the face in a large oval, leaving an opening at the top.

Inside that opening, use four straight lines to create an incomplete diamond shape. Draw a small circle at the top of the diamond. This is the first of Kuromi’s ears.

3. Use straight lines and a circle to enclose the second diamond-shaped ear. Draw a wide, curved “M” shaped line around the face.

4. Enclose a skull on the front of Kuromi’s cap. Use a partial oval and curved lines to create the rectangular shape. Then, shade two oval-shaped eyes inside the skull.

5. Draw the jester-like ruff or collar around Kuromi’s neck. Draw several small circles and connect them using “V” shaped lines.
