How to Draw a Cool Robot

1. Begin the cool robot outline by drawing its head. First, use two "V" shaped lines to enclose a "V" shape. Band each arm with of the "V" with two short lines.

Then, draw three curved lines between the arms of the "V." Extend two short lines from the side of the "V" to form the neck.

2. Draw a circle at the center of the robot's chest. Then, use a series of overlapping curved lines to draw the chest plates and torso. Draw two smaller circles alongside the first.

3. Use pairs of curved lines that meet at gentle points to draw the shoulder armor. Then, extend a pair of straight, parallel lines to form the arm.

4. Draw the straight, parallel lines of the remaining arm. At the elbow, draw a circle within a circle, then use slightly curved lines to draw the large lower arm.

Band the end of the arm with a line and stripe it with straight lines, like the cuff of a sweater sleeve.

5. Use curved lines to enclose parallelogram and triangular stripes on the arm.

Then, draw the remaining lower arm. Use curved lines of different lengths to enclose a spiky rocket ship shape. Draw a circle and a rounded rectangle like an exclamation point inside it.

6. Draw parallel curved lines along the torso, and connect them with many short curved lines. Enclose a swordlike blade around the lower arm.

7. Use curved lines to enclose the hip, upper leg, lower, leg, and foot.

8. Use curved lines to draw the hip joint, upper and lower legs, and foot of the remaining leg. Detail the hinged knee with a small circle and the lower leg with a line.

9. Extend the line of the torso to form the base of the tail. Behind the leg and arm, extend a pair of curved lines that meet at a sharp point. Stripe the tail with short lines.

Color your cartoon robot to make it look even cooler. We've used white, metallic grey, and neon green, pink, and purple. You can use whatever colors you'd like.
