How to Draw a Great Looking Cute Dragon for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the cute dragon outline by drawing its face. Use curved lines for the nose, nostrils, and cheeks.
Shade a teardrop shape on each nostril. Then, enclose an oval within an oval on each cheek. Draw two small ovals inside each, and shade around them. These are the eyes.

2. Use curved lines to draw the brows above each eye and the mouth below the nose. Enclose two round teeth protruding from the mouth. On each side of the head, draw two curved lines that meet at a point.
These will be the ears. Extend a long curved line from ear to ear, but not connected to them. Connect the line to the ears with a scalloped series of lines.

3. Draw three rounded triangles above the eyes. Connect them, and connect them to the ears. Draw curved triangles above each ear. These are the dragon's horns.

4. Extend two curved lines below the head to form the dragon's neck. From these, extend longer lines to form the body.
Use two curved lines for the sides of the legs, rounded triangles for the claws, and shorter lines for the sides of the toes.

5. Draw the remaining leg. Again, use two curved lines for the sides of the legs, rounded triangles for the claws, and shorter lines for the sides of the toes. Draw curved lines on each side of the body to begin the rear legs.

7. Finish the rear foot, then begin the wings. Draw irregular "L" shapes for the top and sides of the wings. Draw a curved triangle on the top of each to form a claw.
