How to Draw a Cute Pig

1. Begin the cute pig outline by drawing the eyes. Use two curved lines to sketch each eye. Inside, draw three successively smaller ovals. Shade the largest to indicate the pupils.

2. Use a curved line to enclose the irregular shape of the pig's nose. Use short lines for the eyebrows and lower lip. Shade two small ovals near the bottom of the snout to indicate the nostrils.

3. Use long curved lines to sketch the pig's face and ear. Notice the triangular shape of the folded, floppy ear.

4. Draw the remaining ear, a mirror image of the first. Draw the top of the head, but notice that the lines don't quite meet in the middle.

5. Use curved lines to draw a tuft of hair in three parts on top of the head, closing the gap. Then, use a series of curved lines to draw the pig's leg and foot. Notice the gentle points of its hoofed foot.

6. Outline the remaining front leg, a mirror image of the first. Band the bottom of each leg with a line, designating the tops of the hooves.

7. Use long curved lines to form the sides of the torso. Beside one leg, draw an oval shape with a dent in the top. This is the hoof of the back leg. Use curved lines to complete the sitting rear leg.

8. Draw the remaining rear leg, a mirror image of the first. Again, draw the dented oval followed by curved lines.

9. Connect the front legs with a curved line, completely enclosing the body. Detail the bottoms of the hooves and tops of the rear legs with curved lines. Draw a spiral shape for the piglet's curly tail.
