How to Draw a Great Looking Desk for Kids and Beginners - Step 1

1. Start the surface of the desk with a V-shape. Draw three vertical lines underneath, then connect them with two diagonal lines.

2. Add a short dash on the left side of the desk. Draw two diagonal lines, add another dash and sketch a straight line, then complete the desk with a curve. Sketch another vertical line to the right.

3. Draw a dash and two more vertical lines beneath the desk, and connect them with diagonal lines. Inside the surface, add two diagonal lines and a straight line that ends in a curve like a hook.

4. Sketch lines on the corners of the desktop. Draw two vertical lines inside the shelving unit, then add two diagonal lines and draw C-shapes for handles.

5. For the book, draw a rounded rectangle with a cylinder cut out of it, then sketch two curves inside this space.
