How to Draw a Great Looking Mario and Luigi Drawing for Kids and Beginners - Step 1

1. Begin the Mario and Luigi drawing outline by sketching Mario's face. Use an oval for his nose. For one eye, draw three successively smaller ovals and shade the smallest.

For the other, draw three partial ovals that are hidden behind the nose. Extend curved lines from each side of the nose and connect them with a scalloped line to form the mustache.

2. Use a series of curved lines to outline the face. Double the top line back on itself to enclose the brim of Mario's cap.

3. Use a long curved line to enclose Mario's hat. Above the brim of the hat, draw an oval with a bold letter "M" inside.

Then use shorter curved lines to draw and detail his ears, hair, and the dimple on his chin. Enclose three small triangles below the face to form the neck and collar of his shirt.

4. Use a series of overlapping curved lines to sketch Mario's arms, torso, and gloved hand.
