How to Draw a Great Looking Proposal for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the proposal outline by drawing the man's face. Use curved lines for the forehead, nose, mouth, chin, and ear. Outline the triangular eye. Shade a small oval inside it and a thick line for the eyebrow above it.

2. Use overlapping curved lines to draw the man's hair, neck, the collar of his shirt, and his sleeve. Detail inside his ear with overlapping curved lines.

3. Use overlapping curved lines to complete the loosely rectangular shape of his torso. Then, enclose the "L" shape of his leg, bent to kneel. Finally, use overlapping curved lines for the thumb and fingers of his outstretched hand.

4. Use curved lines to complete his remaining sleeve, "L" shaped leg, and boots. Draw a rectangle shape partially hidden by his hand, with another, smaller rectangle set at an angle to it. This is the hinged ring box. Then, draw the diamond ring inside it.

6. Use overlapping curved lines to continue drawing the woman's hair, her neck, the contours of her ear, her arm bent to raise her hand to her face, and her blouse. Draw a small circle at the bottom of her ear to indicate an earring.

7. Complete her hand and draw the remaining arm and hands, raised in surprise like this praying hands drawing. Extend the blouse to become a dress. Use long curved lines for her leg, and complete it with a high-heeled shoe drawing.

8. Draw her remaining leg and high-heeled shoe, bent at the knee and standing on the toe. Draw a bow in her hair with a ponytail below it.

9. Use curved lines to add texture to each character's hair and clothing. Draw several small hearts in the air between them. Extend straight lines in a ray from the diamond to highlight its shine.
