Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing Bowling

How to Draw a Great Looking Bowling for Kids and Beginners - Step 1

1. Begin the bowling outline by drawing the most important part - the bowling ball. Draw a circle. Within it, draw three small ovals arranged in a triangle pattern.
Drawing Step 2

2. Next, draw a bowling pin, erasing part of the bowling ball as necessary. You can use a single line. Bowling pins have a peanut shape, with one end larger than the other.

3. Draw another bowling pin. Extend a long curved line from the bowling ball and double it back on itself.
Drawing Step 4

4. Draw a series of straight lines that meet at triangular points between the bowling pins and under the bowling ball. This indicates the "boom" of the ball impacting the pins in comic book style.
Then, extend two straight lines to indicate the direction from which the ball came.
Drawing Step 5

5. Draw another jagged set of straight lines that meet at points around the remaining side of the ball.
Drawing Step 6

6. Draw more bowling pins. For each, extend a long curved line and double it back on itself to enclose the peanut-like shape.
Drawing Step 7

7. Draw more bowling pins between the existing ones. For each, extend a long curved line and double it back on itself to enclose the peanut-like shape.
