How to Draw Spider Gwen (Gwen Stacy)

1. Draw a triangle with uneven sides near the center of the page, then sketch a loose oval underneath like an egg beneath a sheet.

2. Sketch each eye with two curves like you're drawing a lemon. Surround the eyes with larger, similar shapes.

3. Outline the hood with diagonal lines beneath the head. Draw the top of the hood with a triangle, and connect it to the bottom with more diagonal lines.

4. Sketch the neck with two rounded L-shapes. Connect them with a triangle, then draw the shoulders with wavy lines that trail downward.

5. Add two triangles on the chest. On the right, complete the arm and body with two diagonal lines.

6. Draw two curves on the left arm, then sketch curves inside the left side of the hood.

7. Add more curves inside the hood, and start drawing loops to create a spiderweb pattern.

8. Make seven more loops inside the hood. Sketch one diagonal line on each arm.

9. Add dashes near the shoulders, then use more straight lines and curves to illustrate the spider web pattern on the sleeves.

Outline most of your easy Spider Gwen (Gwen Stacy) drawing with black ink. Don't outline the spiderwebs because you'll color them later.

Leave the mask and hood white, using gray for the shadows. Color the chest dark gray. Outline the spiderwebs with blue, then fill in the hood, sleeves and space around the eyes with pink.

Use slightly darker shades of pink and blue inside the hood to give the costume depth. A dash of gray outlines Spider Gwen's nose.
