1. Begin the cute bat outline by drawing its eyes. Draw two curved lines, then enclose a partial oval above each. Inside each eye, draw two consecutively smaller ovals and shade between them.

2. Use curved lines to draw the eyebrows, the open, smiling mouth, and the tongue and two fangs inside.

Use curved lines that meet at points to draw tufts of fur on each side of the face, and connect them with a long curved line.

3. Draw another tuft of fur on each side of the face, and extend the line upwards. Draw another tuft on top of the head. Connect the tufts by enclosing the curved triangular shape of the bat's ear.

4. Draw the remaining ear, then detail inside each one with a long line and a tuft of fur. Then, extend a curved line upward from each side of the face. These will become the tops of the wings.
