How to Draw a Cute Cow

1. Begin the cute cow outline by drawing the eyes. For each eye, draw a line, then enclose a "U" shape above it. Draw two ovals in each eye and shade between them. Draw three thick eyelashes on each eye.

2. Use a long curved line to outline the face. Draw a thick, short line above each eye to indicate the eyebrows, and an oval-shaped blush on each cheek.

3. Enclose a partial oval at the bottom of the face. This is the cow's nose or snout. Shade two oval-shaped nostrils on opposite sides of the snout.

4. Extend the line of the face to sketch the top of the head. Enclose two rounded triangle shapes. These are the cow's horns.

5. Use curved lines to enclose and contour the ears. Notice how on one, the line doubles back and intersects itself.

6. Use long "U" shaped lines to sketch the legs and front of the body. Connect them with a curved line. Band the bottom of each leg with a curved line to indicate the hooves. Detail the cleft of each hoof with a short, thick line.

7. Enclose two partial ovals alongside the leg. This is the rear leg, bent into a sitting position, and its hoof. Cleft the hoof with a short line, then connect the head and rear leg with a longer line.

8. Draw two ovals for the remaining rear leg. Draw a curved line on the hoof and another to connect the front legs.

Extend two curved lines from the hip and allow them to meet. This is the cow's tail. Draw a teardrop-shaped tuft of hair at the tip of the tail.

9. Draw spots on the cow's face and body.

Your cute cow outline is now complete. Color your cow. Many spotted cows are white with either brown or black spots. Don't forget to shade the blushing cheeks.
