How to Draw a Cute Koala

1. Sketch two egg shapes, then draw a curve on the bottom of each shape. Inside each oval, draw a smaller oval with two circles inside it. Add a rounded triangle for the nose.

2. Draw curves above the eyes, then add a W-shape and a small curve beneath the nose. Outline the face with a wide semi-oval. Sketch another curve on top of the face, and draw three small triangles in the center.

3. For the left ear, draw a curved line made of loose, sketchy triangles, then use another curve to connect the ear to the head.

Draw a curve inside this shape. Repeat this step for the right ear, but make it face in the opposite direction.

4. Draw loose, sketchy lines inside the ears. Outline the left side of the body with a curve, then add sketchy lines beneath the neck. For the arm, add a hook shape and a curve.

5. Sketch another curve and two small triangles for the bottom. Add two curves and a straight line, then draw dashes inside the koala's body for the fur and toes.

6. Add three more dashes inside the body. On the right, sketch a long curved triangle, then draw a smaller triangle attached to the side.

7. Sketch a thin triangle underneath the koala, then draw three lines on top of the tree and enclose them with leaf shapes.

8. Draw four more lines attached to the tree, and surround them with leaf shapes. Make sure the leaves are different sizes.

9. Add three more leaves on the left, then draw three curves inside the trunk.

Finally, color your cute koala drawing with different shades of grey. Use black for the pupils, then give the tree a brown trunk and green leaves. Add different shades for the highlights and shadows.
