1. Begin the possum outline by drawing its eyes. Draw two large circles with tiny circles inside. Shade the large circles.
Then, shade a "U" shape to form the corner of each eye. Contour around, above, and below the eyes with curved lines.

3. Use long curved lines to draw the possum's ears and contour inside them.
Use short lines that meet at jagged points to connect the ears and texture the base of one ear. Draw three nearly vertical lines down the center of the forehead.
