How to Draw a Cute Tiger

1. Begin the cute tiger outline by drawing its face. For each eye, start with a curved line, and enclose an oval on top of it. Draw three successively smaller ovals and shade between them. Then, draw the nose and the "W" shaped mouth.

2. Use curved lines for the eyebrows, eyelashes, top of the snout, open mouth, and tongue. At the sides of the face, use curved lines that meet at points to form tufts of fur.

Connect them and continue the face with long curved lines.

3. Draw a tuft of fur at the top of the head, using curved lines that meet at jagged points. Use long curved lines to draw the ears and complete the head.

4. Use curved lines that meet at points to draw tufts of fur inside the ears and on the chest. Continue the chest with a long line.

5. Use long and short lines to draw the front legs. Notice the jagged, furry lines at the elbow. Band the top of the foot with a curved line, and detail the toes with additional lines.

6. Complete the front paw with curved lines. Use a long line for the tiger's back, and shorter lines to complete the paw.

7. Extend a long line from the body and double it back on itself to form the tail. Band the end with short lines. Begin adding the stripes to the face. Enclose "V" shapes and crescent shapes.

8. Continue drawing stripes on the face and body.

9. Finish the stripes on the body, and band the tail.

Your cute tiger outline is now complete. Color your character. Tigers have two color patterns - orange with black stripes or white with black stripes.
