How to Draw a Realistic Pony

1. Begin the realistic pony outline by drawing its face. Use curved lines for the snout, nostril, eye, and eyebrow.

2. Draw another long line overlapping the mouth to form the lower jaw. Then, use a series of lines that meet at points to sketch the mane and ear.

3. Continue drawing the mane, using short lines that meet at points on top of the head and longer lines along the neck.

Extend a long curved line below the head to form the neck and chest, and overlap it with another to begin the leg.

4. Use a series of short lines that meet at points to draw the fur above the hoof. Enclose the rectangular hoof below.

Then use a long curved line for the back of the leg. At the top, use short lines to give it a furry texture. Then, extend a long curved line for the belly.

5. Complete the mane using long curved lines that meet at sharp points. Then extend a long curved line to form the back and rump.

6. Use two long curved lines for the rear leg. Connect them at the bottom with a series of short, jagged lines. Draw the rectangular hoof below.
