How to Draw an Easy Alien Spaceship

1. Draw a dome that touches the top of the page. Sketch a curved line that runs parallel to the bottom of the dome, then connect it to the dome with straight lines.

2. Sketch a long curved line beneath the dome. Connect it to the dome with two diagonal lines, and draw another curve inside this shape.

3. Draw another curve underneath the shape you just drew. Sketch a shorter curve underneath, and connect the two curves with diagonal lines. Add two rounded triangles that overlap the top shape.

4. Attach semi-ovals to the triangles that you just drew, and draw curves inside them.

5. Outline four ovals on your easy alien spaceship. Sketch curves inside the landing gear.

6. Add a curve on either side of the spaceship and a horizontal curve inside the dome. Above this line, sketch an oval with a narrow bottom like a balloon. Draw two lemon shapes for eyes.

7. Sketch ovals inside the eyes and around the head. Connect the outer ovals to the head with curved lines. Add dashes above and between the eyes.

8. Draw a horizontal curve below the head. Sketch two crescent moon shapes for the sleeves, then add two diagonal lines. Outline the chair with a rounded rectangle.

9. Add curves behind your alien to give the spaceship depth. Sketch the flames with rounded, pointy triangles.

Outline your easy alien spaceship with a black pen or marker, then erase the pencil lines once the ink dries.

Color your alien green with dark gray eyes and yellow ears, then make the shirt white and yellow. Use red for the chair and outside of the spaceship.

Fill in the dome and underside of the spaceship with blue, adding orange and yellow for the lights and flames.
