3. Extend the line at the back of the head to form the back of the neck. Extend another line from below the chin to form the front of the neck.

Then draw the eye. Use three curved lines to outline the triangular shape. Shade a partial oval inside it to form the pupil. Then use a short line and a straight line to form the eyelid above it.
