Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing a Coati
How to Draw a Great Looking Coati for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the coati outline by drawing its long nose. Enclose an irregular round shape for the pad of the nose and extend two curved lines from it to routine the snout.
Then, draw a gently pointed teardrop shape for the eye. Shade an oval inside it and contour around the eye with a short line.

2. Draw an incomplete teardrop shape and a partial circle on the pad of the nose to indicate the nostrils. Then, use a series of curved lines to draw the lower jaw and top of the head.
Note how the lines on top of the head meet at jagged points, lending a furry texture. Shade the remaining eye, and use a "C" shaped line to draw the ear. Contour the ear and around the eye with curved lines.
