Learn More About The Fish Skeleton Drawing
Fish skeletons have dozens of delicate bones. Learn how to draw a fish skeleton with a skull, ribs and spine.
Since fish have small bones, this step-by-step guide involves drawing a lot of wispy lines and thin triangles.
Notice how the lines are particularly thin around the papery tail. The head uses thicker lines for a heavy, solid appearance.
When you're done, can you imagine how the flesh would lay over the bones? Try grabbing another sheet of paper and tracing around the skeleton, then giving your fish a set of bright, shiny scales.
