Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing a Mandrill

How to Draw a Great Looking Mandrill for Kids and Beginners - Step 1

1. Begin the cartoon mandrill outline by drawing its nose. Use curved lines for the sides of the nose and the heart-shaped tip.
Also use curved lines to outline the almond-shaped eyes. Notice that the lines do not meet in the corners. Shade a round pupil inside each eye.
Drawing Step 2

2. Draw a curved line down the center of the nose, and use incomplete teardrop shapes for the nostrils.
Use curved lines for the smiling mouth, and a series of curved lines that meet at jagged points for the furry side of the face and chin.
