1. Begin the marmoset outline by drawing its face.
Use curved lines to trace the almond-shaped eyes, their upper lids, the side of the nose, the mouth, and the chin. Shade a round pupil in each eye and small ovals for the nostrils.

5. Use a jagged series of lines to draw the fur at the base of the hip, then complete the rear foot using curved lines and narrow teardrop shapes.

Learn More About The Marmoset Drawing
Many people choose monkeys as their favorite animals. But have you ever heard of the small monkeys known as marmosets?
You can learn how to draw a marmoset with the help of this easy, step-by-step realistic animal drawing guide.
At first glance, you might think the common marmoset pictured here looks like something out of a science fiction story.
It has fur sticking out like wings on both sides of its head, and it appears to be wearing a hood due to the markings around its face. Its back and tail are striped.

But these characteristics aren't so strange. The ring-tailed lemur in this lemur drawing has a similarly striped tail. Lemurs aren't monkeys, but they are primates.
Likewise, many types of monkeys have different-colored faces. Take this monkey face drawing, for example.
