How to Draw a Great Looking Aardvark for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the cartoon aardvark outline by drawing the animal's face. Use a long curved line and double it back at the end, creating the flattened, piglike snout.
Then, use curved lines to outline the almond-shaped eye. Shade a round pupil inside it.

2. Use a long curved line for the bottom of the face and a short one to contour the nose.
Extend two pairs of curved lines from the head, allowing them to meet at sharp points to form the ears. Contour the near ear with a long, curved line.

3. Draw a long, curved line to form the aardvark's back. Then, use a series of curved lines - long and short, some overlapping, some meeting at jagged points - to draw its foreleg.

4. Use overlapping curved lines to sketch the toes of the paw. Then, draw a curved, triangular paw at the end of each toe. Sketch the fur of the belly using a series of curved lines that meet at jagged points.
