Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing the Indominus Rex
How to Draw a Great Looking Indominus Rex for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the Indominus rex outline by drawing a squiggly line, doubled back on itself. This will form part of the dinosaur's head.
Enclose two horns by drawing incomplete triangles. Then, use a series of curved lines to outline the brow ridge, the eye, and the snakelike pupil.
Drawing Step 2
2. Detail the head with long and short curved lines. Then, draw sharp, triangular teeth of different sizes below the top jaw.

3. Draw the open lower jaw. Use curved lines to enclose the triangular shapes of the jaw, tongue, and skin at the corner of the mouth. Detail the skin and tongue with curved lines.
Drawing Step 4
4. Draw rounded triangular teeth along the lower jaw, erasing as necessary.
Then, draw a series of sharp, triangular strips at the base of the head, with wavy lines between them. Extend a line to form the back of the neck.
Drawing Step 5
5. Use a series of overlapping curved lines to draw the bottom of the neck and the muscular forearm.
On the lower part of the arm, draw narrow spikes as you did on the back of the head. Use narrow triangles for the claws, and texture the neck and shoulder with curved lines.
Drawing Step 6
6. Extend a long curved line from the back of the neck, forming the dinosaur's back and tail. Draw another curved line to meet it at a point, completing the tail.
Drawing Step 7
7. Use a series of overlapping curved lines to draw the dinosaur's belly and muscular rear leg. Use rounded triangles for the claws, and contour the muscles of the leg and the tops of the toes with curved lines.
