1. Begin the Riddler from Batman outline by drawing the villain's face. Use curved lines for his sharp nose, penetrating eyes, and furrowed eyebrows.

2. Use long curved lines to trace the side of the Riddler's face and his chin. Use additional curved lines to sketch his mouth and contour around it, and to draw the bottom of his mask.

3. Draw a short curved line under his mouth, then use curved lines to draw his ear and contour inside it. Next, use a series of zigzag lines to outline his spiky hair. Texture the hair with short curved lines.
