1. Begin the cartoon chicken outline by drawing a curved line for the top of the beak. Then, use "U" shaped lines for the cheek and eyes. Enclose a full or partial oval for the pupil in each eye.

3. Use a long curved line to sketch the back of the head and neck and a series of curved lines for the feathers at the base of the neck.
