How to Draw a Great Looking Circus Tent for Kids and Beginners - Step 1
1. Begin the circus tent outline by drawing a series of curved lines. First, use two sets of three lines each to draw two large rectangular shapes without tops.
Then, use additional lines to enclose smaller incomplete rectangles alongside them. These are the sides of the tent.

2. Use curved lines to draw a curved triangle spanning the smaller rectangles. Then, use pairs of curved lines to enclose four rounded triangles beneath it. This is a canopy over the opening.

3. Use long curved lines to enclose a larger curved rectangle partially hidden by the first. This is the top of the tent. Draw small circles along its lower line.

4. Use curved lines to draw small triangles below the roof of the tent. Notice that the corners of the triangles meet the circles.
Then, draw a curtain inside the opening. Use curved lines for the upper and lower portions and the fabric that ties them in the middle.

5. Use curved lines to enclose two more curved triangles on the roof. Extend a straight, vertical line from the top of the tent.
Draw a small circle at its top, forming a flag pole. Use curved lines to sketch the rectangular shape of the flag.
