1. Begin the almond outline by drawing two curved lines that meet at a point. From the side of one line, extend another curved line. This begins the outer shell of the first almond.

2. Draw a large "C" shaped line at the end of the shape, but do not connect it to the previous lines. Draw another wavy line parallel to it. This line, too, should stop short of the sides of the almond.

3. Extend the "C" shaped line to enclose an irregular round shape. This is the almond itself. Connect the sides of the nut to this shape with short lines. Contour the shell by drawing another curved line across it.
