How to Draw an Easy Realistic Shark

1. Draw a triangle with a crooked line on the right side of the page, then add a circle with a smaller circle inside it.

2. Sketch a dash inside the head. Add a long curve that stretches to the other side of the page.

3. Draw a rounded triangle on top like you're learning how to draw a whale shark, then sketch a right-facing triangle with a long curve that outlines the body.

4. Sketch jagged triangles inside the mouth. Add three wavy lines between the eye and nostril.

5. Outline the tail with two triangles, making the tip jagged with a small triangle cut out of it.

Add another small triangle near the tail. Sketch a rectangle with a pointy end underneath your easy realistic shark's body.

6. Draw a curved triangle with a small triangle cut out of it. Sketch more wavy lines near the tail.

7. For the left fin, draw a narrow stretched-out shape that ends in a point. Add a dash above the fin and a wavy line near the mouth.

8. Sketch five rough lines that resemble gashes on the side of the body for the gills.

9. Add more straight dashes and wavy lines throughout the body. Outline your easy realistic shark with black ink, filling in the eye. Use thick lines for the body and gills and thin lines for the sketchier details.

Color your shark's body light gray with a dark upper fin and white underside. Shade the bottom of the shark with dark gray. Add pink around the mouth, and make the teeth white.
