How to Draw a Siamese Cat

1. Draw two lemon shapes for the eyes. Sketch ovals inside these shapes and fill them in, then add a round triangle and two hook shapes underneath. If you want something a little different, try a different type of cat eyes.

2. For the ears, draw two rounded triangles at a slight angle. Connect them with a curve, then sketch the chin and whiskers.

3. Draw curves around the cat's face to make a loose oval with sketchy, jagged lines near the top. Outline the insides of these ears with the same jagged lines.

4. Use the same shaky lines to outline the cartoon Siamese cat's face and the inside of their ears. Draw two more lines to start the neck.

5. To start the leg, draw a line with hook shapes at either end. Sketch a curved line to the right with a jagged edge in the center.

6. Draw a parallel line to complete the leg, then sketch overlapping loops for the toes. Add more sketchy lines to highlight the fur.

7. For the body, draw a curved line that gradually trails downward with another hook at the end. Draw a curve with one jagged line at either end.

8. Complete the right leg with a curve and overlapping toes. Draw two more lines in the background, then sketch another hook to the right.

9. Sketch the toes on the right leg. Use stretched-out S shapes to make a long tube with a tuft of fur at the end.

Now that you're done, outline your cartoon Siamese cat in black. Study the image to make some lines bolder than others.

To make your drawing realistic, color the cat's body light tan with dark brown for the face, ears, tails and legs. Make the eyes blue and the insides of the ears pink. Use a darker shade of brown for the nose.
